1. General Policy
– Custom-made / made-to-order dresses: Non-returnable and non-refundable.
– Ready-to-wear dresses: May be eligible for return or exchange under specific conditions.

2. Conditions for Returns
– A return may be accepted only if:
  – The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  – The dress is in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and packaging intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items
– Custom-made / tailored dresses.
– Sale or clearance items.
– Dresses damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or improper storage.

4. Process for Return/Exchange
– Contact us with order number, photos, and reason for return.
– Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
– Customer is responsible for shipping costs .
– We recommend using tracked shipping.

5. Refunds
– Once received and inspected, you will be notified of approval/rejection.
– Shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges
– Exchanges may be offered for a different size or replacement (subject to availability).
– Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. International Orders
– International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and return shipping fees.
– Refunds will not include duties or taxes paid at import.
